About me...

Food and sex are the only two forms of art that involve all five of our senses. Unfortunately, our busy schedules often take the center stage and little sensual adventures are the last things on our "to do" list. Few years back I decided that the job of a news journalist just wasn't satisfying enough and I embarked upon the journey of seeking pleasure through food. I cooked with some of the most talented chefs and home cooks, I dinned in five star restaurants and the most unglamorous hidden spots that served the most remarkable dishes. The journalist in me has always been interested in stories behind the food and people who cooked it. However, there has been nothing more important than being in the moment with my meal and truly experiencing its flavours, textures, aromas and sounds with all of my senses.

Over the years of adventures in culinary pleasures I have done many television appearances, contributed work to different publications, collected and created many recipes that are worth sharing. Each of them comes with a sensual, intriguing and stimulating write up that hopefully will inspire you to start a sensual eating journey of your own. It's easy. Just start with one ingredient. Look at it, smell it, lick it, taste it and see where it takes you. Recipe is just an inspiration but your senses will guide you to the ultimate satisfaction in your own kitchen.
